Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup / 300 ml
 - milk
 - 3/4 cup / 175 g
 - EGG Creations! Fat Free Original or Naturegg Omega Plus, well shaken
 - 3/4 cup / 175 ml
 - granulated sugar
 - 3/4 cup / 175 ml
 - coconut
 - 1/3 cup / 75 ml
 - all purpose flour
 - 3 tbsp / 45 ml
 - margarine, softened
 - 2 tsp / 10 ml
 - vanilla
 
Directions
In blender container, blend all ingredients until well blended, about 10 seconds. Pour into greased 9” (23 cm) pie plate.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) about 1 hour, until golden brown. (Mixture will still be soft in centre but will set on standing.)
Cool to room temperature.
