Ingredients

French Toast:
1 tsp / 5 ml butter
4 slices of bread
1 Naturegg Omega 3 Shell Egg
1/3 cup / 75 ml 1 or 2% milk
1/2 tsp / 2 ml vanilla extract
pinch ground cinnamon
fruit of your choice
4 long skewer sticks
Dip:
1/4 cup / 50 ml Plain Greek Style Yogurt
1 tbsp / 15 ml Smucker's Simple Blends Summer Fruit Fruit Spread

Directions

  1. French Toast: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk egg with milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

  2. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and fry for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Carefully cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with fruit.

  3. Dip: Stir yogurt with fruit spread and serve with kabobs.
