Ingredients
- French Toast:
 - 1 tsp / 5 ml
 - butter
 - 4
 - slices of bread
 - 1
 - Naturegg Omega 3 Shell Egg
 - 1/3 cup / 75 ml
 - 1 or 2% milk
 - 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
 - vanilla extract
 - pinch
 - ground cinnamon
 - fruit of your choice
 - 4
 - long skewer sticks
 - Dip:
 - 1/4 cup / 50 ml
 - Plain Greek Style Yogurt
 - 1 tbsp / 15 ml
 - Smucker's Simple Blends Summer Fruit Fruit Spread
 
Directions
French Toast: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk egg with milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and fry for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Carefully cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with fruit.
Dip: Stir yogurt with fruit spread and serve with kabobs.
