Ingredients
6 | EGGS2go!, Burnbrae Farms |
1/3 cup | Mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | Chopped cilantro |
1/4 tbsp | Ground green cardamom |
1 | Lime (zest) |
Pepper |
Directions
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set aside.
In a bowl, with a fork, puree the yolks and add the mayonnaise, coriander, cardamom and lime zest.
Stuff the egg whites with the mixture.
Garnish with pepper and some chopped coriander leaves.
