Tornado Egg Shrimp

Ingredients
5 | Naturegg Omega 3 large brown eggs |
1 tsp / 5 ml | soy sauce |
1 tsp / 5 ml | sesame oil |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | white pepper |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | sugar |
5 oz / 140 g | shrimp |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | salt |
diced green onions to garnish (optional) |
Directions
Crack eggs into a bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper, then whisk. Set bowl aside.
Heat a large non-stick pan on medium with oil.
Cook shrimp, season with salt and flip to cook other side. Set aside.
Heat up a large non-stick pan or wok and turn heat to high.
Pour egg mixture into your pan and use a spatula to push the egg in and out to create a tornado shape.
Once tornado shape is formed and the top of the egg is still runny, add back in the shrimp, turn off heat and cover with a lid until egg is just cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
