Ingredients

1 thick slice of ham
1 slice of Swiss cheese
to preference Egg Creations Fat Free Garden Vegetable cracked eggs, well shaken

Directions

  1. In a custard cup. Place the ham, a slice of Swiss cheese and enough Egg Creations™ Garden Vegetable to cover.

  2. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or in a microwave on high (100%) power for 1½ to 2 minutes or until set.

  3. Place on a toasted English muffin, bagel or other round bun.
