Ingredients
1 1/4 cup / 300 ml | milk |
3/4 cup / 175 g | EGG Creations! Fat Free Original or Naturegg Omega Plus, well shaken |
3/4 cup / 175 ml | granulated sugar |
3/4 cup / 175 ml | coconut |
1/3 cup / 75 ml | all purpose flour |
3 tbsp / 45 ml | margarine, softened |
2 tsp / 10 ml | vanilla |
Directions
In blender container, blend all ingredients until well blended, about 10 seconds. Pour into greased 9” (23 cm) pie plate.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) about 1 hour, until golden brown. (Mixture will still be soft in centre but will set on standing.)
Cool to room temperature.
