Ingredients
1 | bagel, sliced in half |
2 | Naturegg Omega 3 eggs |
1/4 cup | shredded marble cheese (or cheddar) |
salt to taste | |
cooking spray or a small amount of oil (optional) |
Directions
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil (optional) to prevent sticking.
Place the sliced bagel halves face down in a lined air fryer basket.
Sprinkle some shredded marble or cheddar cheese on each bagel half.
Crack an egg into the hole of each bagel half. Season with salt to taste.
Cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 6 minutes.
Carefully remove the bagel halves from the air fryer. Let them cool slightly before serving.
