Ingredients
1 | EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled Snack Pack, sliced |
Pinch | each sea salt and pepper (approx.) |
1 | small avocado, pitted |
2 slice | wholegrain bread |
Directions
Toast bread.
Meanwhile, scoop avocado into a small bowl and mash with salt and pepper.
Spoon avocado onto toast; top with sliced eggs and season with additional salt and pepper (if desired).
