Ingredients

- EGG Patties! Cheddar
- 1
- croissant, sliced open lengthwise
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml
- mayonnaise (regular or light as preferred)
- 1 tsp / 5 ml
- grainy mustard
- 1 tsp / 5 ml
- maple syrup
- baby spinach leaves
- sliced tomato
Directions
Heat EGG Patty according to package directions.
Meanwhile, blend mayonnaise with mustard and maple syrup. Spread over cut sides of the croissant.
Layer egg patty, tomato and spinach on one side and fold to enclose. Slice in half if desired.
Tips
Add extra flavour and protein by topping patty with your favourite sliced cheese during the last 10 seconds of cook-time.
