Southwest Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich
A delicious southwestern twist on a quick and tasty breakfast sandwich!

Ingredients
- 1
 - English muffin
 - 1
 - EGG Patties! Cheddar
 - 2 slice
 - tomato
 - 2 slice
 - avocado
 - 1 handful
 - romaine lettuce
 - 1-2 tbsp
 - store-bought chipotle mayo
 
Directions
) Toast English muffin in the toaster.
) Microwave egg patty on high for 75 seconds.
) Add heated egg patty and rest of the ingredients to bottom half of the English muffin.
) Spread the top half of the English muffin with chipotle mayo and place bun on top. Enjoy!
