Southwest Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich

A delicious southwestern twist on a quick and tasty breakfast sandwich!

Ingredients

1 English muffin
1 EGG Bakes! Egg Patties
2 slice tomato
2 slice avocado
1 handful romaine lettuce
1-2 tbsp store-bought chipotle mayo

Directions

  1. ) Toast English muffin in the toaster.

  2. ) Microwave egg patty on high for 75 seconds.

  3. ) Add heated egg patty and rest of the ingredients to bottom half of the English muffin.

  4. ) Spread the top half of the English muffin with chipotle mayo and place bun on top. Enjoy!
