Southwest Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich
A delicious southwestern twist on a quick and tasty breakfast sandwich!

Ingredients
1 | English muffin |
1 | EGG Bakes! Egg Patties |
2 slice | tomato |
2 slice | avocado |
1 handful | romaine lettuce |
1-2 tbsp | store-bought chipotle mayo |
Directions
) Toast English muffin in the toaster.
) Microwave egg patty on high for 75 seconds.
) Add heated egg patty and rest of the ingredients to bottom half of the English muffin.
) Spread the top half of the English muffin with chipotle mayo and place bun on top. Enjoy!
