Ingredients
French Toast: | |
1 tsp / 5 ml | butter |
4 | slices of bread |
1 | Naturegg Omega 3 Shell Egg |
1/3 cup / 75 ml | 1 or 2% milk |
1/2 tsp / 2 ml | vanilla extract |
pinch | ground cinnamon |
fruit of your choice | |
4 | long skewer sticks |
Dip: | |
1/4 cup / 50 ml | Plain Greek Style Yogurt |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Smucker's Simple Blends Summer Fruit Fruit Spread |
Directions
French Toast: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk egg with milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and fry for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Carefully cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with fruit.
Dip: Stir yogurt with fruit spread and serve with kabobs.
