Ingredients
- 2 package
 - EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled Snack Pack, (88 g each)
 - 1/2 cup / 125 ml
 - light sour cream
 - 1/4 cup / 50 ml
 - light mayonnaise
 - 1/4 cup / 50 ml
 - mixed chopped fresh herbs such as chives, parsley, tarragon and/or dill
 - 2 tsp / 10 ml
 - Dijon mustard
 - 1/4 tsp / 1 ml
 - each salt and pepper
 - paprika
 - Assorted dipper such as fresh vegetables, crackers and/or fingers of pumpernickel or rye bread
 
Directions
Grate the eggs on a box grater. Blend the eggs with the sour cream, mayonnaise, herbs, Dijon, salt and pepper until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand for at least 15 minutes before serving to meld flavours. Serve with your favourite dippers.
Tips
For a smoother texture, prepare the dip in a food processor.
For extra kick, sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Reserve the dip in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
