Ingredients
1 pouch / 264 g | EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch |
1/2 | avocado, sliced |
1 | large leaf lettuce, torn into 6 pieces |
2 slice | cooked bacon, cut into thirds |
6 | small slices Cheddar cheese, trimmed to fit |
Topping | "Everything bagel" seasoning* or freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Pat eggs dry and carefully slice in half, lengthwise. Trim a very thin slice off the bottom half of each egg so that they can stand up (like a bun).
Layer bottom halves with avocado, lettuce leaves, bacon and cheese. Cap with the top half of the hard-boiled eggs and secure with a pick.
Sprinkle lightly with bagel seasoning or freshly ground black pepper (if using).
