Sweet and Salty Tartlet

Salt and pepper (to taste) | |
1 | Cinnamon stick |
2 tbsp | Calamondin syrup |
1/2 cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup | Egg Creations Original (whole eggs or fat free) |
12 | Mini-tart shells |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°C
Place the mini-tart shells on a baking tray. Set aside.
In a bowl, pour the Egg Creations Original mixture and add the cheese and calamondin syrup.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir with a spoon.
Fill the mini-tart shells with the egg mixture.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the filling has swollen and is firm.
Grate the cinnamon stick over the mini-tarts.
