Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin, Bleu Royal
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz Blueberry syrup
30 ml Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, Burnbrae Farms
60 ml Tonic soda, 1642 Tonic
1 Star anise (garnish)

Directions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker except the tonic soda.

  2. Shake vigorously the first time without ice cubes (dry shake).

  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.

  4. Strain into an Old Fashioned or Highball glass filled with ice cubes.

  5. Stretch with the tonic soda.

  6. Garnish with the star anise.
