Ingredients

2 cup / 500 ml 2% milk
1 cup / 250 g Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken
1 cup / 250 ml unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup / 50 ml maple syrup (approx.)
2 tbsp / 30 ml melted butter
2 tsp / 10 ml ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp / 1 ml each ground nutmeg and salt
2 cup / 500 ml large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup / 125 ml golden raisins (optional)
Plain or vanilla yogurt (optional)
