Ingredients

1 carton / 500 g Egg Creations Whole Eggs Original or Egg Creations Fat Free Original, well shaken
1/2 cup / 125 ml milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.

  2. Whisk liquid eggs with milk.

  3. Pour equal amounts of egg mixture into muffin cups.

  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until set in centre. Cool on rack in pan for 10 minutes. Using blunt knife, loosen frittatas all around and lift out.

Tips

  1. Add flavour by sprinkling frittatas with grated cheese and chopped fresh herbs.

  2. For gluten-free eaters, use vegetable oil or gluten-free cooking spray to grease muffin pans.

  3. To make ahead: Cool completely before storing in an airtight container or wrapping individually. Reheat for 15 to 20 seconds on MEDIUM power in the microwave before eating (if desired).
