Mixed Berry Protein Popsicles
Bursting with the natural sweetness of mixed berries and the creamy richness of Greek yogurt, these popsicles are a tasty way to stay cool. With the added egg whites for an extra protein boost, they’re perfect for a post-workout treat or a guilt-free indulgence anytime.

- Makes: 6 popsicles (plus extra you can enjoy as a smoothie!)
Ingredients
1/2 cup | Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, well shaken |
1/2 cup | 2% milk |
1/2 cup | 2% plain Greek yogurt |
2 cup | baby spinach |
1 1/2 cup | frozen mixed berries |
1 | ripe banana, cut into chunks |
1/2 cup | crushed ice |
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend, stopping to stir as needed, for 2 minutes or until smooth and well combined.
Pour into 6 x 100mL popsicle mold and freeze overnight.
Gently remove from the mold and enjoy!

You’ll need a 6 x 100mL silicone popsicle mold for this recipe.
