Ingredients
2 | ripe bananas (fresh or frozen) |
1/2 cup | oats |
2 tbsp | flax seeds |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
2 tbsp | maple syrup or honey |
2 tbsp | peanut butter |
1 cup | 2% milk |
2/3 cup | Naturegg Simply Egg Whites |
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
