Ingredients

5 oz / 150 g baby spinach
1 cup / 250 ml Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
3 frozen ripe bananas, halved
3 cup / 750 ml frozen mango chunks
3 cup / 750 ml skim or nut milk

Directions

  1. In high-powered blender, combine spinach, liquid egg whites, bananas, mango chunks and dairy-free milk; blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.

  2. Pour into tall glasses.

  1. More skim or nut milk can be added to thin out the smoothie as desired.
