5 oz / 150 g | baby spinach |
1 cup / 250 ml | Naturegg Simply Egg Whites |
3 | frozen ripe bananas, halved |
3 cup / 750 ml | frozen mango chunks |
3 cup / 750 ml | skim or nut milk |
Directions
In high-powered blender, combine spinach, liquid egg whites, bananas, mango chunks and dairy-free milk; blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses.
Tips
More skim or nut milk can be added to thin out the smoothie as desired.
