Ingredients

1 tbsp / 15 ml | lime juice |
salt and pepper (optional) | |
1 | sesame seed bagel, halved and toasted |
1/2 | baby cucumber, thinly sliced |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | thick teriyaki sauce or glaze |
fresh cilantro leaves | |

Directions
Mash avocado with half the teriyaki sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste (if using).
Spread avocado mixture over toasted bagel. Top with cucumber and Teriyaki eggs. Drizzle with teriyaki glaze and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
Tips
Replace the sesame seed bagel with your choice of toasted bread or bun.
