Ingredients

1 package / 264 g
EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch
2 tbsp / 30 ml
light or regular mayonnaise (or to taste)
1 tbsp / 15 ml
very finely minced celery
1 tbsp / 15 ml
very finely minced onion
thinly sliced red pepper

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks.

  2. Use a fork to mash yolks, blend in mayonnaise, minced celery and onion until smooth.

  3. Pipe or spoon fill mixture into the egg whites.

  4. Garnish with thinly sliced strips of red pepper.

  5. Serve immediately or store, covered in refrigerator.

  1. Devilled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Tips: Whipping

Room temperature whites are easier to whip and achieve greater volume. If your whites are refrigerator cold (best for separating), you can warm the whites in the microwave. Place in a bowl and microwave uncovered for about 30 seconds at 30 percent power. Another option would be to hold the eggs, before cracking, under a stream of warm water to take off the chill.
