Ingredients

1 package / 264 g EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled 6 Pack Pouch
2 tbsp / 30 ml light or regular mayonnaise (or to taste)
1 tbsp / 15 ml very finely minced celery
1 tbsp / 15 ml very finely minced onion
Thinly sliced Red Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks

  2. Use a fork to mash yolks; blend in the mayonnaise, minced celery and onion until smooth.

  3. Pipe or spoon fill mixture into the egg whites.

  4. Garnish with thinly sliced strips of red pepper

  5. Serve immediately or store, covered in refrigerator.

  1. Devilled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
