Pretty in Pink Devilled Eggs

These vibrant devilled eggs are sure to steal the spotlight at your next brunch or girls’ gathering!

Ingredients

2 cup pickled beet juice (from a jar of pickled beets)
1 pouch EGGS2go! Omega 3 Hard Boiled Eggs (6-pack)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
salt, to taste
fresh herbs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Dye the eggs: Pour the pickled beet juice into a bowl and fully submerge the hard-boiled eggs. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until they reach a bright pink hue.

  2. Prepare the yolk filling: Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and set the whites aside.

  3. Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in the mayonnaise and mustard until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

  4. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the pink egg whites.

  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
