Ingredients
2 tbsp / 30 ml | sour cream or Greek yogurt |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | diced red onion |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | sweet green relish |
1 | hoagie roll |

1 tbsp / 15 ml | hot sauce (or to taste) |

Directions
Grate Hot Sauce eggs into a small bowl; blend in sour cream, onion and relish.
Line the hoagie roll with lettuce (if using). Spoon egg salad over top. Sprinkle with paprika (if using).
